This hotel is located in a central area of the city known as 'Quarter Gate', which makes it convenient for exploring Pune. The staff at this hotel are extremely friendly and polite, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with immaculately maintained bathrooms and even a decent view. the attention to detail and basic amenities provided at this hotel are commendable.

All aspects of our stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

The hotel is conveniently located in an area called 'Quarter Gate', very close to the city centre and Pune railway station. Despite the traffic congestion in the area, it is still easily accessible. The rooms are nice and clean, and the staff is very helpful, accommodating requests for room changes. The breakfast spread is excellent, with a good variety of options.

The service at the front desk can be quite slow and inefficient at times.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, just a short distance from the railway station. The check-in process was smooth and fast. Our room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the road below. The restaurant service was quick, and the food was delicious. Despite a few minor flaws, we were overall satisfied with our stay. I would recommend this hotel. I would recommend this hotel.

During our city trip, we had a pleasant stay at a hotel. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. They provided us with complementary bottled water in the room and also complementary breakfast which was a great value. The hotel is centrally located, easy access to tourist attractions, and public transportation. they have a great fitness center available to guests which we really appreciated.

The experience was not all positive as the rooms were not soundproof and we could hear noises from the other guests in the hallway. the rooms were not as clean as we expected, and we found some hair in the bathroom.
