The hotel staff were on POINT, especially braving the graveyard shift guy who welcomed me like a VIP. Breakfast spread was top-notch - loved the mix of Indian and continental options. the dodgy WiFi and missing tea bags were a bit of a blip, but hey, can't complain 'cause it was all gravy with that comp brekkie! 🌟

I was totally blown away by the SUPER CLEAN and well, maintained hotel in the heart of the city, with easy access to the airport, making travel convenient. the lounge area was jaw, dropping, and the food at the restaurant was mind, blowing, truly a treat! Staff were incredibly kind and helpful.

The restaurant offers a delightful blend of Maharashtra, Chinese, and Continental dishes. the staff helped me explore local sites. Shantai has been the hotspot for corporate events. the banqueting services are top-notch.

This hotel is located in a central area of the city known as 'Quarter Gate', which makes it convenient for exploring Pune. The staff at this hotel are extremely friendly and polite, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with immaculately maintained bathrooms and even a decent view. the attention to detail and basic amenities provided at this hotel are commendable.

During our city trip, we had a pleasant stay at a hotel. the staff was very friendly and always ready to help. They provided us with complementary bottled water in the room and also complementary breakfast which was a great value. the hotel is centrally located, easy access to tourist attractions, and public transportation. they have a great fitness center available to guests which we really appreciated.

The experience was not all positive as the rooms were not soundproof and we could hear noises from the other guests in the hallway. the rooms were not as clean as we expected, and we found some hair in the bathroom.
