We enjoyed the delicious breakfast served by the friendly staff, cleanliness, and the willingness of Chef Abhay Kumar Sahu and his team to prepare special treats. the hotel facilities were excellent, and Alisha, Pavan, and Sunil Pal ji made our stay memorable with their top-notch service. the location was convenient, making transportation easy.

They went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met and made me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment after a long day. The breakfast buffet at Feast was diverse and delicious, with the staff going out of their way to cater to my culinary preferences. Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as a small lobby and slight noise from the surroundings, they did not significantly impact my overall satisfaction.

The staff at Sheraton Hyderabad Hotel, especially Vishal Malik and Rambabu, were exceptionally helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay for me and my baby. the rooms were spacious and clean, and the chef, Benjamin, catered a delicious meal at Zega. the complimentary hotel taxi service and attentive service made me feel secure as a solo woman traveler. I highly recommend this hotel for business travelers. the professional and friendly staff, delicious meals, and convenient amenities made my stay enjoyable. the location offered a good view, and I appreciated the clean room and bathroom. the lounge was a pleasant area to relax in. the hotel was accommodating to my requests and provided excellent service. the only drawback was an overcharged and unsatisfactory taxi service arranged by the hotel. the relaxation facilities, such as the spa and wellness center, sauna, and swimming pool, added to my overall enjoyment. Nearby landmarks like the Osman Sagar Lake and Hyderabad Botanical Garden provided unique opportunities for family bonding and exploration.

Located in the upscale Financial district, Sheraton Hyderabad Hotel offers a convenient location for travelers. On property, the restaurants are truly amazing, especially the Zega restaurant. Guests can indulge in delicious meals at the Feast restaurant. The staff provides professional and friendly service, ensuring a pleasant stay. Facilities such as the club and shuttle service add convenience for guests. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel offers a tasty breakfast and, in some rooms, a beautiful view.

Luxurious experience with exclusive amenities that exceeded our expectations. the service staff went above and beyond to fulfill our needs, making us feel pampered and relaxed. the Spa & wellness centre was outstanding with an outdoor swimming pool, steam room and full body massage options.

We only experienced an issue with the room service, where our in-room breakfast order was slightly delayed. the staff made up for it by providing us with a complimentary packed lunch.

Great value for money, comfortable rooms, excellent location, and friendly staff made my stay at this hotel enjoyable.

I recently stayed at Sheraton in Hyderabad for a week-long business trip. The hotel staff were exceptional in their hospitality, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. They even provided me with medicine when I fell ill after eating. The service was top-notch, from the accommodating front desk staff to the attentive dining staff. The chef, Abhay Kumar Sahoo, even prepared a special breakfast for my daughter and offered a delightful dessert. the facilities were clean, and the staff were professional and friendly, like the helpful Megha and the housekeeping staff Saraj. A truly pleasant stay.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The food was good and the room service was prompt. They also offered a complementary breakfast and a fruit basket in the room. the hotel is located near a shopping mall and a metro station, which made it easy to explore the city.

The room was not clean and had a bad odor. the bathroom had stains and was not properly maintained.
