Elevator was down. staff could have been more attentive.

The location is absolutely fantastic for exploring Centro and nearby attractions, making it easy to immerse yourself in local culture.

The room I stayed in had a somewhat spartan design, with minimal decor, which could feel less inviting than one might hope for a boutique hotel experience.

The view from the spacious room was absolutely stunning, perfect for enjoying sunsets. Unfortunately, street noise at night was distracting.

Beautiful view from the queen room with a courtyard view and a nice firm bed made for restful nights. Friendly staff and a clean environment added to the experience.

Limited menu options and amenities left much to be desired. The small pool was cold with insufficient service, impacting our enjoyment.

Consider asking for extra towels upon arrival, as the bathroom could benefit from more hooks for hanging them. It helped us stay organized during our stay.

What a canny spot! Room was dead spacious and clean. The swimming pool was lush for a dip. Only wished the pool area didn’t have the noise from that event, but the food in the restaurant was top-notch!

While we enjoyed our time at Casa Lucila, there were some inconveniences. The room lacked adequate mirrors, which made getting ready a bit frustrating. Additionally, the absence of hooks in the bathroom was bothersome, especially for wet towels. We also noticed that the iron board was uncomfortable to use as it lacked cushioning.

We had an awesome time enjoying sunsets from our room. The rooftop terrace was perfect for chilling out. Plus, the restaurant served some delish meals, especially the seafood! One thing was the noise from the street could be a bit much at night, but the location made up for it.

Had a fantastic time with friends! We loved chilling at the beautiful terrace and taking nightly strolls by the beach. Don't miss checking out the vibrant Old Town and the Malecon. The staff were super friendly and made some great local recommendations. Just a heads up, there's a lack of menus for room service!

The room was spacious and had a beautiful terrace, which was a highlight. There was also a sulfur smell in the bathroom that wasn't pleasant. The service was lacking, especially during check-in. On the plus side, bed was nice and firm, and the room itself was clean. Having no menu for room service was a bit frustrating too.

The Nespresso machine in our room was a delightful touch, and watching the sunset from the balcony while sipping wine was a highlight of our stay. Alejandro's local recommendations truly enhanced our experience in Mazatlan.

I had a great time there! ! The staff were super friendly, and one guy named Alejandro really went out of his way to help us with our needs. Like, he gave us some awesome recommendations for local spots that made the trip more memorable. The location was perfect too, right on the beach and close to bars, a real treat for night life lovers!

It wasn't exactly cheap too, but you know what? It was still an acceptable experience overall.
