convenient location between airports, spacious rooms for luggage, view of Tokyo Tower from room

Elevator access is outside and could be uncomfortable in cold weather!!! The tiny bathrooms lack flair and could certainly use some upgrades!!! More seating at the entrance would help guests manage shoes easily!!!

Consider bringing a portable luggage rack, as the room has limited space for storing luggage comfortably.

The hotel is located just a 5-minute walk from the monorail, offering quick access to Haneda Airport and other attractions.

The breakfast facility is significantly overcrowded, leading to long wait times. we waited half an hour at 7am our first morning.

The room had a superb view of Tokyo Tower, but I felt a bit dodgy about the open-air hallways. Staff were heaps friendly, though!

It is a cozy hotel with spacious rooms featuring large windows and skylight designs, and the friendly staff provides great assistance with luggage storage.

i had a fantastic stay at mystays. the staff was super nice and understanding. the location was a dream, just a short walk from all the sights. the facilities felt brand new, and i loved the spacious bathroom with a full-size tub. the daily housekeeping kept our room tidy, which was perfect for our 4-night trip.

cleaning service was good, but some days the bed wasn't fully made.

the location was amazin, so close to trains and yummie restaurants. room was super clean and had comfy beds, perfect after a long day! plus, they had free coffee at the lobby which was a nice bonus. the staff were really friendly and spoke english, which helped us a lot. overall, great value for the price!

Had an awesome time with friends! We visited Tokyo Tower and the nearby shrines, which were easy to get to from our hotel. The area is packed with convenience stores for snacks and there are lots of dining options. The room was clean and laid out perfectly for relaxing after busy days. Definitely recommend checking out the coffee in the lobby, it’s great!

We opted for early check-in but it was a bit pricey at 2000 Yen per hour. Just be aware if you're planning to arrive before check-in time.

What a delightful stay! The room was surprisingly spacious with a full closet, making unpacking a breeze. Location was fab, walking distance to sights like the tower and shrines. we felt like locals!

However, that bathroom had a bit of an odor—thankfully not our cooking! Also, inconsistent cleaning made me question if I should’ve just pitched a tent.

The location is perfect for accessing Haneda Airport, with a monorail station just a short walk away. The room was tidy and offered a spectacular view of Tokyo Tower. Unfortunately, on one occasion the cleaning service wasn't thorough, leaving dirty glasses behind, and the air conditioning could only be operated by opening the windows. Convenience stores and a variety of dining options nearby made grabbing meals easy.

The hotel was conveniently located near excellent transport links, making it easy to explore Tokyo. Although the room was compact, the layout was efficient and comfortable. I appreciated the free coffee in the lobby, and daily clean pajamas were a nice touch. The overall experience was pleasant, but breakfast queues could be improved.
