The presidential suite was nice and gave a royal feeling. The entire hotel location was good.

The staff is attentive and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast spread is delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel offers access to the palace complex, allowing guests to explore the surrounding area and immerse themselves in the rich history and culture.

The hotel can be quite expensive, making it less accessible for budget travelers.

We had a fantastic stay at a heritage hotel in Udaipur. The location was amazing, with everything we needed right at our fingertips. We booked a terrace suite and it was completely worth it. The views from our room, especially room number 15, were absolutely perfect. The staff at the hotel were incredibly courteous and provided exceptional service. The highlight of our stay was the romantic dinners by the swimming pool, complete with live music. Whether we were strolling around the palace at night or enjoying the sunset from our balcony, the experience was truly unforgettable. This is a must-visit for everyone!

Although the hotel itself was nice, the service we received from the staff left much to be desired. They were not polite and were unable to answer our questions accurately.

Located in City Palace with royal feel, spacious and comfortable rooms, beautiful Pichola lake view, clean bathrooms with jacuzzi-style bathtub, amazing food with buffet options.

The view from our room was breathtaking and the service from the ground staff was friendly. the hotel’s gardens and pools were well-maintained, offering a nice escape from the busy city. We enjoyed the complimentary Laal Maas and Khada Palak Masala at the restaurant, and the evening staff was receptive to our feedback and added variety to the menu. We also appreciated the private open space with each terrace suite.

The Jacuzzi in the bath tub was not very clean and the restaurant menu was limited. the hotel appeared to lack proper maintenance, with poor reception and management attitudes.

The exclusive amenities provided here were absolutely luxurious. From the private spa facilities to the outdoor swimming pool, this hotel had it all. the services provided by the friendly staff were exceptional, particularly the beauty treatments which were top, notch. the room advantages were also outstanding, with an in, room breakfast that was both delicious and convenient.

Although the room was spacious and well, equipped, the poor lighting made the space feel a bit dim.

Staying at the Shiv Niwas Palace, a part of the Hrh Group Of Hotels, was like stepping back in time. the location is superb, nestled within the city palace premises. the heritage charm of the hotel is marvelous, providing a unique and authentic experience. the staff is warm and hospitable, always going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. the hotel also offers a great spa with excellent pricing, perfect for relaxation. the food at the hotel is delightful, with a nice variety of dishes to choose from.
