The hotel employees were very accommodating, allowing us to check in early, which was incredibly helpful. the rooms, staff, and facility were all very clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere during our stay.

Additionally, there were some maintenance issues, like a broken coffee pot in the room and temperature control problems. the smoking area near the entrance used by staff created a less professional ambiance.

The room was spacious, and we loved the amenities! The air conditioning and heating worked perfectly, and we appreciated having tea and coffee facilities and a sitting area. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep, and we also loved the flat-screen TV. We took advantage of the dining restaurant and the meal we had was delicious. Additionally, the free toiletries were a nice touch. We definitely recommend staying here!

Check-in was quick despite many guests. the casino's slot machines were enjoyable, and the rooms were spacious and clean, featuring beautiful bathrooms and comfy sofas. Staff was friendly, and security in the parking lot was top-notch. the steakhouse offered delicious food, and the coffee shop manager went above and beyond to treat guests.

Spacious king rooms with reasonable prices. Neat, simple, easy check-in and check-out process. Accommodations include beautiful bathrooms with adequate lighting and lots of outlets. Comfy sofas and clean environment overall. Great service and good food.

As longer term business travelers, we were impressed with the spacious and well-decorated rooms at Oak Grove. The room had a nice chair, ottoman, desk, refrigerator, and a comfortable bed. We appreciated the attention to detail and the overall cleanliness of the accommodations.

During my Xmas stay at this hotel, I was impressed by the friendly staff and the efficient service. the room had a nice chair and ottoman, a desk and chair, as well as a refrigerator, which was very convenient. the hotel's location was also great, with easy access to key attractions in the area.

Although my stay at this hotel was good, there were some minor issues. the bathroom door was a nice barn door, but it wouldn't slide to close up the bathroom/shower area.
