I adored the charming decor of the hotel, especially the warm diffused glow of lights that made the space feel dreamy and sparkling. the lush green lawn with intermittent coconut-palms was a delightful spot to relax and enjoy the open skies, perfect for a leisurely stroll or a quiet moment of reflection. the hotel's accessibility for senior people was commendable, with easy walkways and well-maintained seating areas, providing a serene atmosphere for relaxation and unwinding.

The children working there should ensure a quieter ambiance for the spa area to enhance the relaxing experience for senior guests.

Plus, the expanse and ambience of the property are top-notch. And, can we talk about those spa masseuses? Absolute magic!

Okay, so they need to keep their appliances in check - air con and jacuzzi glitches can be a bummer. high tea was a miss, and that loud concert overstaying its welcome?

The place was alright. They need to sort out the messy room service and spa situation though. the gym is a joke, last used in the medieval days I reckon. the lake-facing room was cool for pondering life, and the pool area felt like a mini-vacay. the cold coffee was spot-on too. not too shabby for a quick breather. I'd likely go back for a relaxed day out.

The rooms were spacious, and the view overlooking the lake was fantastic, especially during the evening when the fountain displayed its show. the staff were friendly and really went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. the property had plenty of amenities to offer, including a pool and beautiful gardens.

The location was not ideal. It was situated in an industrial area, and there was no proper approach road on gate number 2, which led to me getting into an accident.
