I had a great stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, right in the center of everything. I was able to easily explore the nearby shops and restaurants. The staff were amazing, always kind and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and well laid out. I loved having a fully equipped kitchen and the complimentary coffee was a nice touch. The bed was comfortable and the soaps in the bathroom were beautiful. When I returned in the afternoon, I was delighted to find that they offered espresso in the lobby. everything was fantastic!

I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

It is also very close to shopping and restaurants, making it convenient for guests who want to explore the area. Additionally, there are many attractions within walking distance, such as Chapultepec Park, the Zoo, and the Auditorium.

The facilities in this hotel are outdated and in need of renovation.

Excellent location in a vibrant area with plenty of dining options and shopping nearby. The suite was spacious and clean. The kitchenette was well-equipped. The staff was friendly and helpful, arranging taxis and providing a good laundry service. Despite some minor drawbacks, I would highly recommend this hotel to solo travelers. a great find in a pricey area.
