We love the location—it's close to fantastic restaurants like Agua y Sal Cebicheria and the Anthropology Museum. Everything we need is within walking distance, making it super convenient for our family outings.

The room lacked proper ventilation, which made it a bit uncomfortable at night.

Make sure to request extra towels up front to avoid delays if housekeeping misses your room. they're very accommodating with requests.

Request extra towels upon arrival and be mindful that breakfast may be limited to items left at your door, so plan accordingly.

Room was clean and cozy, but the breakfast was just some cookies and cold coffee left at the door—pretty underwhelming. Chur for the helpful staff, though!

I absolutely loved the Executive Suite with the Queen Size Bed! It was clean, pretty, and had all the necessities we needed for a fantastic stay. The location was spot on, making it easy to explore all that the area has to offer!

staying in this cozy spot was perfect for weekend strolls, as i was just a few steps from parque lincoln and only a short walk away from amazing dining options like agua y sal cebicheria and quintonil, allowing me to easily soak in the vibrant atmosphere of the polanco district while enjoying comfort in my suite with a handy kitchenette.

The bathroom was comically small and awkwardly designed!!! The wifi access was a hassle with expired QR codes!!! Also, the lack of soap for handwashing and iron board in the room was quite inconvenient!!!

Flowsuites Polanco boasts an excellent location near great restaurants and parks. The kitchenette was a handy addition, and the staff always went above and beyond. However, the lack of ventilation in the regular room made it a bit uncomfortably warm during the night.

I stayed in the Executive Suite with a double bed and was really impressed! The room was spacious and featured a separate living area, a full kitchen, and a flat-screen TV. The bed was super comfortable, and I loved the bright ambiance from the sliding glass doors leading to a private balcony. The location in Polanco was fantastic for exploring the local dining options and parks.
