Room had spacious work table & large TV, with ample USB outlets. Rooftop bar had excellent city views and Jazz band at night.

Service not up to par for a high-end hotel. Staff seemed indifferent, not offering enough information about the facilities and unwilling to help with restaurant reservations during busy periods.

This hotel definitely provides a luxurious experience with its exclusive amenities. the Spa & wellness centre is well-equipped and the massage was invigorating. the indoor swimming pool is well-maintained and the sun terrace offers a beautiful view.

The only minor issue was the slow service during breakfast. the breakfast itself tasted wonderful, but the waiting time was longer than expected.

Lobby on 65th floor, open design. Wonderful, modern, clean rooms with great views. High-quality breakfast. Friendly and attentive staff. Personal service at check-in.
