You can easily walk to the famous Golden Temple, Jallianwala Bagh, and the charming Old City. the staff here are so friendly and always ready to assist. the room service was top-notch, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. You can even enjoy a delicious breakfast in your room. Plus, being in the heritage area, you are surrounded by great food and shopping options. the soundproof rooms ensure a peaceful night's sleep, despite the bustling surroundings.

The room at Surestay Heritage Walk was cozy and clean, with a comfy bed and a great view of the city. As a family with kids, we felt right at home.

I personally wished for a cafe for breakfast, but others may not mind room service.

The location of the hotel was absolutely fantastic! It was right in the heart of the heritage area, close to all the major attractions. We could easily walk to the Golden Temple and the shopping area within minutes. Being in the pedestrian walkway meant that there was no noisy vehicle traffic, which made for a peaceful stay. the rooms were soundproof, so we didn't hear any noise from outside.

The slow and sometimes non-existent wifi in our room. It was a bit frustrating, especially when we needed to get some work done or stay connected with family and friends.

They always had a smile on their face and were ready to assist with any need or request. The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is near the Golden Temple and other attractions. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with quality fixtures and fittings. The overall maintenance and cleanliness of the hotel were top-notch. I also appreciated the variety of breakfast options available, including delicious grilled sandwiches.

Additionally, there is limited Western food in the area, but being immersed in Punjabi culture and being so close to the beautiful Golden Temple more than makes up for it.
