The Swan hostel is welcoming, with big, clean rooms and ample hot water. The organized desert safari was a highlight, with affordable rates and the opportunity to sleep under the stars. Convenient location near tourist sites. Friendly staff.

The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the fortress, and the views from the rooftop were incredible. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the staff was always happy to help with anything I needed. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the service provided by Gajendra was exceptional. I especially appreciated that he picked me up from the bus station.

There was one aspect of the hotel that was not up to par. The room I stayed in was below average for the price I paid.

This hotel is truly a gem in Jaisalmer! the location is absolutely perfect, situated on a quiet side street within a short walk to the main gate of the fort and all the major attractions. You can easily explore the city without any hassle. Secondly, the staff here is exceptional. The owner, Mr. Mukesh ji, and his team, including Mr. Narayan and Mr. Allaudin, go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. They are always ready to assist with a smile and provide helpful recommendations. Thirdly, the rooms are clean and spacious, with beautiful balconies that offer stunning views of the fort. The bathrooms are tidy and well-maintained. Lastly, the value for money at this hotel is unbeatable. You get all the basic amenities you need, including a hearty breakfast, at an affordable price.

I had an amazing stay at Swan Haveli! Upon arrival, even before check-in time, they allowed us to use a bed free of charge for a few hours. They provided towels, toilet paper, and soap at no extra cost. The fort was within walking distance and the view from the rooftop terrace was breathtaking. The complimentary breakfast served on the rooftop was delicious. The staff, especially the manager, was friendly and accommodating.

The hotel's location was ideal, as it was very close to all the main attractions in the city, while still being a little away from the fort. Moreover, we were thrilled to discover some beautiful dunes near the hotel, where we could enjoy the breathtaking views with almost no other tourists around.

The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. the washroom was filthy and there were no bins in sight upon arrival.
