Our stay in Lonavala was fantastic! The hotel was conveniently located near the bustling market, making it easy for us to explore and shop. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and seating. The staff was attentive and provided excellent service, especially Soma Paul, Ganesh, Jasomin, Siddhi, and Amit. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of options including refreshing fresh fruits and juices. The hotel also had a clean swimming pool and a game zone for the kids.

It would have been better if they had non-vegetarian options on their menu.

The interiors of the hotel are beautifully designed, creating a cozy atmosphere. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are well-maintained. I also appreciated the ample parking available and the variety of dining options provided by the in-house restaurants.

One drawback was the delay in getting our room ready even though we had confirmed our arrival time multiple times.

As longer term business travelers, we were impressed by the excellent facilities and amenities. The staff was super helpful, and the food was delicious. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the overall vibe of the hotel was very positive. It was a relaxing stay, and we highly recommend it.

We felt extremely welcome, and nothing was too much trouble for the staff.
