From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with genuine warmth and hospitality. The check-in procedure was smooth, thanks to Piyush, and I was given a detailed tour of the property by Francisco, Prasanna, and Sanju on the buggy. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a well-appointed bathroom. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, especially the kind and pleasant service from the duty manager. The breakfast spread offered a wide variety of delicious options. The location of the hotel, near the beach, was perfect for a relaxing getaway.

There were a few crows that frequented the trees and pool area, which could be a bit bothersome at times.

From the moment we arrived, this hotel was pure luxury. the exclusive amenities made our stay unforgettable. the Spa & wellness center was amazing, with professional staff offering massages, facials, and body wraps. the outdoor swimming pool was beautiful, with sun loungers and umbrellas available. the garden area added a beautiful touch to the place and there was live entertainment every evening.

The only minor issue that we experienced was with the dinner - it was good but not as amazing as we expected it to be. the breakfast was delicious;

One aspect that could be improved is the music in the restaurant, which can become repetitive and dull.

Honestly, it's difficult to find anything negative to say about our experience, but if we had to mention one thing, it would be the wait time for the buggy. When the hotel was busy, we had to wait a little longer than we would have liked to get a buggy to take us to our room.

We had an amazing stay at Taj Exotica - the breakfast was excellent with fresh and varied options. the hotel's location near Benaulim beach was beautiful and the grounds were well-kept. the rooms were spacious with comfortable beds. the staff provided exceptional service and were friendly throughout our stay. the facilities were great, making our holiday truly relaxing and enjoyable.
