Impeccable Service and Culinary Delight During My Stay

The exceptional service at the Sufra restaurant, especially Mohammed Ezzat's attentive and personalized care, truly made our dining experience unforgettable. However, the experience was slightly dampened by the issues with debit card payments and room amenities that could be improved for a seamless stay.

we had a wonderful time at Hyatt Regency. our 3 bed apartment on the 39th floor was spacious and well furnished. the view was stunning from up there, and we enjoyed the hotel facilities like the rooftop bar and two clean pools. the staff, especially Hafid and Rocky, were attentive and made our stay comfortable. breakfast had a wide range of delicious options, including Indian cuisine. a fantastic team effort made our experience truly memorable.

Upon entering the spacious and well-appointed room, I was delighted to find the kitchenette stocked with all the amenities I could possibly need, making it feel like a home away from home. The attention to detail was impressive, and I couldn't help but be reminded of the care and consideration that goes into preparing a picnic basket for a fun day out.

The location of the hotel was excellent. The cozy 1-bedroom apartment provided a relaxing stay during my 6-day conference. The spa and wellness center, sauna, outdoor swimming pool, and jacuzzi were wonderful retreats. Nearby landmarks like Children's City and Wafi added to family bonding opportunities. However, the delayed check-in and crowded lifts were minor inconveniences that could be improved.

Wow, just stayed at a hotel near the airport. the breakfast was excellent with a variety of choices. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Would DEFINITELY stay again! Photos don't do justice to the beautiful rooms.

The views from the "Eve" TOP floor Bar were absolutely stunning. I was mesmerized by the panoramic city view, which was a perfect backdrop for enjoying a refreshing cocktail. The attentive staff at the rooftop bar really went the extra mile to create a memorable experience, making me feel truly valued as a guest. the complimentary shuttle service to the nearby shopping centers was a thoughtful touch that added convenience to my stay.

The residents reception space is slightly underwhelming compared to the grand reception for the hotel.

I always stay for the perfect stay. The welcoming staff suggested great shops. Spa, pool, Wi-Fi, and 24-hour service suit me. The property is non-smoking, with AC. I enjoy the romantic escape. I will keep coming back.

The receptionists were pleasant and helpful, and I was upgraded to a spacious two-bedroom apartment with excellent amenities. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, the wifi was fast, and the breakfast selection was varied and tasty. The gym and shower facilities were also great, and I appreciated the offer to freshen up while waiting for my room. good value for money.

My stay at Hyatt Regency Creek Heights Residences was convenient for my transit in Dubai, as it is ideally located just 450 meters from Dubai Healthcare City and only a 10-minute drive from the Financial Centre. The seamless merge of modern and ancient charm made for a unique and comfortable experience.

The limited breakfast selection was a slight disappointment, and I had to request complimentary toiletries and an iron, which were not readily available in the room as expected in a 5-star hotel.
