I recently visited Taj Santacruz for the third time in the past few months. The rooms are incredibly spacious and luxurious, with amazing views of the runway. The service and hospitality provided by the staff are top-notch, with special mention to Rajnish and Mr. Sharma for their exceptional care and attention. The food at the hotel is delicious, and the chef even made us a special cake. a wonderful experience thanks to the warm and welcoming staff.

The service provided by the staff was excellent, with 24-hour room service, car hire, and airport shuttle available. Our stay was made even better by the leisure spa and wellness centre, where we enjoyed a full body massage and access to the outdoor swimming pool.

Conveniently located next to the airport with no noise disturbance. Room was spacious and comfortable with high-end toiletries. Breakfast included in room rate was delicious and gym facilities were impressive. Prepaid taxis were available just outside the hotel for easy transportation.

Totally enjoyed my stay during my business trip! The complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi exceeded my expectations. Conveniently located just a short taxi ride from the airport and subway, making travel easy. The fitness center was clean and offered all the equipment I needed for my workout.

The noise level was a bit high, and I could hear the traffic outside my window, but it didn't affect my sleep quality at all. , I found the check-in process a bit confusing, and the staff was not as friendly as I would have liked.

The venue is stunning and well-maintained. Rooms are comfortable and exquisitely decorated. The Fitness Centre and Spa are excellent, as well as the Sauna and Massage. The private facilities offer exclusive amenities that make your stay a luxurious experience. Dining options serve delicious food and the bar area offers a great environment for socializing. Additionally, the excellent location provides easy access to nearby domestic flight terminals, which is very convenient.

Service was not consistent throughout our stay. On arrival, we had to carry our own luggage up to the scanner despite hotel staff being present, which was rather awkward.
