The staff treated us like family, especially Mr Ankushpal, Mr Pradyumna, Mr Arup Mondal, and others who went above and beyond to make our stay special.

Only suggestion for improvement is the breakfast selection - some basic cutlery and crockery was missing at times.

The value for money at Taj Swarna was unbeatable. The room was spacious, bright, and had a comfortable bed. The location was perfect, close to attractions but away from the city's hustle. The staff were incredibly welcoming, courteous, and attentive, making our stay truly memorable.

The experience at Taj Swarna was comforting and excellent. The housekeeping staff was proactive, and the Grand Trunk restaurant staff was very helpful. Chef Rachpal Kumar provided great meal suggestions and even supported us in packing breakfast. the stay was a WOW experience, and Mr. Aniket Khanna and the housekeeping team were outstanding.

Compared to other Taj properties we stayed at during our trip, this one stood out as the best. the hotel is focused on providing an exceptional experience for their guests, rather than relying solely on their legacy. the breakfast buffet was a feast with a wide variety of delicious food. the staff was well trained, friendly, and attentive. the location was great, slightly away from the center but still within easy reach of the Golden Temple and other attractions.

Our concierge took care of us until we left, almost felt like our own private concierge. The staff had impeccable service and fantastic manners. The room was spacious and the bed was excellent. The breakfast is excellent and you get a great taste of Punjabi style dishes. The service and the range of dishes for dinner was marvelous. The concierge Robin was excellent, in recommendations.

Best aspects of my stay were the excellent facilities and the impeccable service of the staff. From the concierge to the restaurant managers, everyone was keen to ensure that my trip was the best it could be. the attention to detail shown by staff members, especially inquiring about my daughter's health, made the stay an extra special one. the food was delicious, and the location was perfect. It was clear that every member of staff took pride in their work and went above and beyond to make the stay memorable.

The worst aspect was the laborious check-in process regarding passport and visas. the shampoo bottles/ shower gel bottles were hard to open with wet hands.

the stunning decor and warm welcome from the attentive staff made us feel right at home. the bar had a fantastic selection of cocktails and drinks, and the breakfast provided by Manpreet Kaur was top-notch. the hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate my mother's wheelchair needs, arranging for breakfast in our room and ensuring our overall comfort.

The hotel's decor was absolutely stunning, with elegant furnishings and beautiful artwork displayed throughout the property. The common areas were spacious and well-maintained, making it easy for senior people like myself to navigate comfortably. I particularly appreciated the accessibility features, such as ramps and handrails, which made it convenient for me to move around without any difficulties.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation experience for senior people is for the children working there to be more attentive and proactive in assisting us. It would have been more enjoyable if they anticipated our needs and were more proactive in providing assistance, especially for those of us who may require a little extra support.

The breakfast spread was delicious, and the view from the hotel was stunning. I also appreciated the facilities offered by the hotel, such as the option to order a taxi for easy travel. I had a wonderful time at this hotel.
