The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, close to all the main attractions and within walking distance of the beach. The hotel had a beautiful garden where you could relax and enjoy the surroundings. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. a great place to stay for exploring the city.

The recommended massage center nearby did not meet our expectations in terms of cleanliness and quality of service.

This hotel offered a unique Christmas experience, with plenty of decorations and festive activities. The location was perfect, just a few steps away from the main attractions of the area. We enjoyed the spacious room and comfortable bed. The pool was an added advantage, perfect for cooling off on a hot day.

The noise level in some of the rooms was a major issue. We had trouble sleeping due to the constant noise coming from the nearby street and mosque.

I had a fantastic stay at this gorgeous hotel! Tea Bungalow, a historic bungalow turned hotel, offers spacious and cool heritage premium rooms. The bathrooms are huge and incredible, with the added bonus of a vast shower. The staff were extremely friendly, making us feel right at home and well taken care of. The Christmas Eve gala dinner was a highlight, with talented musicians, a dancer, and singer from the staff, along with delicious food. I highly recommend the 'Cochin' and 'Galle' rooms. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Fort area and the beach.
