Wonderful 4-star hotel, excellent value, exceeded expectations, conveniently located, great breakfast.

There was nothing I didn't like.

During my recent stay at the New Balturk Hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness and efficiency of the staff. When I arrived, I was assigned a room that didn't meet my requirements, but the receptionist quickly resolved the issue and provided me with a more suitable room. The cleanliness of the rooms was commendable and I appreciated the spaciousness and comfort. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to transportation options. The breakfast provided was delicious and there was free Wi-Fi available for guests. I had a satisfactory experience at the New Balturk Hotel Izmit and would consider staying there again if I return to the area.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the bus terminal, making it easy to get a bus card and travel around the Izmit area. It is also close to many shopping centers and public transport, allowing for easy exploration of the city. The rooms are kept clean by a friendly maid staff, and the breakfast is well-appointed with a delightful selection of Turkish breakfast fare. the location, room cleanliness, and breakfast options are definite advantages of this hotel.

Noise from the bar downstairs can be disruptive, especially for those with children who are trying to sleep.

We recently stayed at this luxurious and comfortable 4-star hotel and had a wonderful experience. We were impressed by its convenient location, situated next to the Sea of Marmara. It was also close to many shopping centers, making it easy for us to explore and shop around. Additionally, we loved the fact that there were cafes right in front of the hotel, allowing us to grab a quick coffee or snack whenever we wanted.

The hotel provided free parking which was great as we had driven to our weekend destination. the breakfast was delicious with a lot of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the clean and comfortable room that we stayed in.

We found that our room was a bit dusty and could have been cleaner. We also had trouble with the wifi as the signal was poor and we couldn't use it.

I had a fantastic stay at this place! The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and quality of service. The location was perfect, situated in the beautiful Izmit area next to the Sea of Marmara. It was also close to many shopping centers and right in front of a cafe, making it convenient for me to explore the surroundings.

I highly recommend this hotel to families.
