Wonderful location, attentive staff, beautiful surroundings. Comfortable, well-designed room with a very clean and comfortable bed. Large, renovated property with spacious washroom and sit-out balcony. Excellent views of tea and spice garden. a pleasant stay with amazing views on both sides of the rooms.

The hotel is beautifully situated between fields of tea bushes, offering stunning views of the surrounding hills and tea gardens. The rooms are spacious and modern, with clean and well-appointed bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. Breakfast, though not perfect, offers good value with tasty Indian options. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near a small creek, perfect for a tranquil stroll.

The location of the hotel is a bit secluded, requiring guests to have their own car or hire a driver for transportation to nearby attractions.

The hotel has a charming colonial feel with well-decorated rooms that transport you to a bygone era. As vegetarians and vegans, we appreciated the selection of plant-based options available. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and provided excellent service. The location offers stunning views, especially when walking through the tea plantation. It's a peaceful and quiet retreat, yet still conveniently close to the town.

Enjoyed the serene ambiance surrounded by tea plantations. The morning walk was informative and the stunning views from the balcony were captivating. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the food was delicious with plenty of options.

The staff could be better trained in hygiene and room service. Some basic amenities were not available in the rooms, and the poor quality of entertainment ruined our experience.
