I arrived in Venice and was warmly received by a water taxi that escorted me to the Palazzo Giovanelli. My room was impeccably clean and comfortable, with modern amenities and a beautiful view of the Grand Canal. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a delightful stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its prime location and top-notch service. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a luxurious and unforgettable experience.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and they even upgraded my room when there was a small issue. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection and the option to order freshly cooked eggs. The location of the hotel is perfect, right next to a Vaporetto stop which offers direct links to the airport and P. San Marco. It's also within walking distance of the Realto Bridge. As someone who is backpacking, I found the location to be quiet and away from the busy streets, but still right on the Grand Canal.

I felt really spoilt during my stay at this hotel, and I have no complaints whatsoever.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very helpful and polite. The breakfast was luxurious, with attentive waiters who served you at your table. The hotel also provided a lunch box for our morning check out without any extra charge. The location of the hotel was great, easily accessible from the San Stae vaporetto stop. It felt safe to walk from the hotel to key attractions and restaurants in the area, even in the evenings. The rooms were lovely and spotlessly clean, with beautiful views. The hotel had a modern Venetian decor that added a nice touch to the stay.

We had a wonderful stay at a beautiful hotel just a minute away from the San Stae vaporetto station. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the city and reach attractions like Rialto within walking distance. We booked a junior suite with a canal view, and it was absolutely stunning. The combination of old and modern design created a unique and charming atmosphere. Despite being right on the Grand Canal, our room was surprisingly quiet with the windows closed. The service at the hotel was exceptional, with the staff even going the extra mile to book me a manicure appointment. The breakfast offered a nice variety of options, and we felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable experience in Venice.

The rooms were wonderful and beautifully decorated with a touch of Venetian charm. the staff were nice and accommodating, especially the manager who went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. the hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to all the tourist attractions and a water bus stop just steps away. Additionally, the recommendations from the staff for local restaurants were excellent.

There was no room service, which was disappointing for a romantic hotel. Also, some of the staff were rude and unaccommodating, often redirecting us or telling us to check back later instead of finding solutions for us.

We were lucky with location, close to transport and attractions. Free upgrade and early check-in. Nice artwork, high ceilings. Helpful and friendly staff.

I had the most amazing stay at Hotel Palazzo Giovanelli E Gran Canal. The moment we arrived, we were upgraded to a spectacular suite with breathtaking views of the Grand Canal and S.Stae church. The room felt like a Venetian palace, so opulent and grand. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel like friends rather than hotel guests. The location in San Polo was perfect, away from the tourist crowds but still close to all the attractions. The only tiny drawback was the breakfast, which felt a bit average, but it was still tasty and satisfying. I highly recommend this hotel and cannot wait to return.

Inside, the hotel was beautifully decorated with plenty of comfortable seating areas on the ground and first floor. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. The hotel's location away from the busy parts of Venice allowed for a peaceful and relaxing stay. We were able to easily access any part of Venice with a one-minute walk to the public water taxi. The staff were extremely helpful and polite, and the continental breakfast had a large choice of options. a very good experience and highly recommended.

One small drawback was that the hotel's wifi was a bit patchy. However, this did not greatly impact our overall positive experience.
