We had a wonderful time at this luxurious hotel. The staff, especially the manager in the dining area, provided excellent service. The location of this place is perfect, near the restaurant and by the garden. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a nice mountain view. The hotel offers a range of amenities such as room service, car hire, dry cleaning, and housekeeping. The hotel also has a spa & wellness center with a sauna, swimming pool, and jacuzzi. There is also a game room and a children's play area, making it a great place for families. we highly recommend this hotel to others.

Best aspects of my New Year's stay were the buffet breakfasts with a good variety of items to choose from and the helpful and friendly staff. the hotel location was close to the main attractions and provided beautiful views of the surrounding area. I enjoyed the spa facilities that were relaxing and helped me unwind.

Worst aspects of my New Year's stay were the poor Wi-Fi connectivity and the worn-out rooms that were not up to my expectations. the room was not properly cleaned, and the bed linen looked old and uncared for.

It was a delightful experience to pluck my own strawberries and explore the wide variety of fruits and vegetables they had to offer. The location of the resort is also excellent, with easy access to the main road. The services provided by the staff were exceptional, and I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food served at the restaurants.
