Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

We had an absolutely splendid week-long stay at this place. The location is exceptional, with stunning views of the snow-capped Himalayas and the sound of the flowing River Beas adding to its charm. Being away from the hustle and bustle of the city, we felt truly connected to nature. The staff was extremely cooperative and courteous, even providing prompt medical assistance when I had an eye infection. The centrally heated room provided much-needed comfort in the freezing temperatures outside. The facilities were great and the food was delicious, thanks to the excellent restaurant staff. we had a memorable experience and would highly recommend this place.

The staff was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist and offer recommendations. We loved the location, which was close to all the main attractions we wanted to see. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, making our stay more comfortable.

We found the food to be quite expensive and limited in options. the shower in our room had no door, leaving the whole bathroom wet after every use.

Very helpful staff. Peaceful location with a hill in front and river at the back. Spacious and clean rooms. Good buffet. Nice lawn, swimming pool, and indoor play area.
