If you're a foodie like me, the seasonal salads tantalizing with fresh local flavors were a highlight! The clean rooms and attentive staff made my stay even more enjoyable. Can't forget the scrumptious breakfast that fueled my adventures around Vancouver!

Despite a Christmas party creating some noise and the discovery of old tape and trash, the overall charm of the place can't be ignored. Carina, the front desk manager, stepped in when needed, which showed some heart in the hustle.

Spacious and exceptionally clean rooms create a welcoming atmosphere, and the indoor pool added a fun touch for the family. Breakfast offered a delightful variety, including make-your-own waffles and plenty of hot items. However, the nearby homeless presence was a concerning sight, which detracted from the overall experience. Additionally, the musty smell in the room required ventilation that took some time to resolve.

I woudl ve been thrilled to receive a complimentary stay discount for my troubles, but alas, not a peep from management. I almost gave a good review, but this was beyond disappointingly unprofessional.

my previous stay in vancouver was okay, but comfort suites really exceeded my expectations during the party. the rooms were exceptionally clean and the large space fit my family perfectly. i loved that the hot tub and pool were available for us to enjoy and the breakfast had plenty of options.

the only issue was the jacuzzis' jets needed better cleaning.

The vibe was chill, and the room was squeaky clean. Staff super friendly. The indoor pool was a lifesaver! Just bummed about the whole door incident—like, totally freaky! Need more security for sure, but the free breakfast had some decent options, too. Oh, and seriously, those jacuzzi jets needed some love!

The room was spacious, quiet, and very clean, which was refreshing. The breakfast selection was impressive, catering to various dietary needs, and I enjoyed my conversations with the friendly staff. However, the lobby could use a bit of sprucing up. Overall, a good value for the price.

I encountered several issues during my stay. The tub was very slippery, potentially dangerous without a mat or handrails which I believe should be mandatory. Additionally, I noticed a lack of drawer space for clothes, making it inconvenient for a longer stay. With all these negatives, I expected better service, but it fell short.

The cleanliness, the helpful staff, the comfortable beds, the breakfast – absolutely grewt!

Had a great time with a large group here. Jason was super helpful with everything we needed and Karina even helped me find gluten free breakfast options. The kids loved having their own blankets on the beds and the pool was a nice touch after a long day.

It wasn't the cheapest place around but honestly, still worth it for the family experience.

Lovely accommodation, ideal if you're traveling with pets since they offer friendly service and a reasonable pet fee.
