The staff were courteous and professional, providing top-notch guest service. The location was beautiful with stunning views of the hills. The food was enjoyable, and the buffet stood apart. The cottages were spacious and clean, with private garden views.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was absolutely stunning, with a breathtaking mountain view from the front and a lush coffee plantation in the back. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. They even cooked us a delicious meal when we arrived late for lunch. The room we stayed in was the studio with a Jacuzzi, and it was incredibly spacious. We loved the spacious verandah and the small patio where we could relax and listen to the beautiful chirping sounds of birds.

We highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.
