I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond to make my experience unforgettable. They even organized a daily tour for me to the ruins of Ani, which was absolutely breathtaking. The room I stayed in was clean, spacious, and comfortable, providing a perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring. I also loved the indoor pool, where I could unwind and rejuvenate.

The food was delicious and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We also appreciated the helpful staff who made sure we had a great stay. The hotel is located in a great area, close to many tourist attractions and easy to get around.

Some staff at the reception desk were unprepared and check-in took longer than expected. We also experienced some issues with payment, which was frustrating and inconveniencing.
