I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond to make my experience unforgettable. They even organized a daily tour for me to the ruins of Ani, which was absolutely breathtaking. The room I stayed in was clean, spacious, and comfortable, providing a perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring. I also loved the indoor pool, where I could unwind and rejuvenate.

The food was delicious and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We also appreciated the helpful staff who made sure we had a great stay. the hotel is located in a great area, close to many tourist attractions and easy to get around.

Some staff at the reception desk were unprepared and check-in took longer than expected. there were some renovation works going on during our stay that made it difficult to navigate around the hotel.

There was ongoing refurbishment work happening during our stay, resulting in blocked entry/exit to our bedroom and a cluttered corridor.
