My recent stay at the Fern An Ecotel Hotel for a weekend getaway was delightful. the location offered a mesmerizing view from the balcony, and the staff, especially Hema, Rajat, and Rajesh. the buffet spread was good, and the swimming pool with a hot water jacuzzi added to the relaxation. the spacious Hezal sweet suite room with a separate TV area and balcony was impressive, topped with effective AC cooling and fan options.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room view was breathtaking, especially during the monsoon season, with a fabulous breakfast spread that left us wanting more! the pool area and lawn were super relaxing, and the efficient and prompt service from the room service, in-room dining, and housekeeping staff made our stay jaw-droppingly comfortable. Mr Rinku Saha, the F&B manager, deserves a special shoutout for his EXCELLENT care of all guests. A great location between two major cities, with delicious dining options and an elaborate breakfast buffet that made our experience truly memorable.

I keep returning for the exceptional service, comfortable rooms and vast amenities like Free Wi-Fi, Valet parking, pool, game room. Once, staff found my lost ring. It suits my needs perfectly. Ideal for a city break.

one thing we loved about fern an ecotel hotel is the excellent location, being close to the city centre yet surrounded by calm and peaceful surroundings. some rooms offer stunning views of the mountains, adding to the charm of the stay. the staff is incredibly polite and the hospitality is top-notch. the pool area, complete with a hot water jacuzzi, is a highlight for relaxation, while the expansive green lawn and indoor play area offer plenty of activities. the spacious rooms, delicious food, and overall excellent stay at a reasonable tariff made our experience very enjoyable.

The game room had all the wicked games like air hockey and snooker, and the pool was lit with cool vibes and music. It was like living the dream of a teenage party getaway!

We would have loved some late-night bonfire sessions by the poolside to amp up the party scene even more.

Staff were hospitable, and food was pleasing to the palette. the hotel's location was convenient for visiting attractions as it was easily accessible. Lastly, the rooms were comforting.

Toiletries were limited, and the water had an unusual smell. Staff displayed an indifferent attitude.

This hotel provides exclusive amenities such as a spa centre and an outdoor swimming pool with a sun terrace. the stylish room advantages and private facilities were fulfilled to make our stay luxurious. the restaurant served delicious food with special diet menus available on request. the staff was attentive, helpful and had good entertainment activities to keep us engaged.

Although the location advantage was perfect, the only minor issue was poor crowd management during rush hours of breakfast. This hotel managed to meet most of our needs, but this aspect could be further improved.
