The location of the hotel was great, with beautiful views of the ocean. The room was small and cramped, but the facilities such as the heated pool and jacuzzi were enjoyable. Additionally, the staff provided good service when it came to the facilities.

The hotel did not provide enough security to control noise levels at night.

The hotel offered a heated pool and sauna, which was nice to enjoy during the colder winter days. the indoor play area for kids was also a great entertainment option for my family during our Christmas stay. the hotel had a prime location close to the beach and other local attractions.

The overall maintenance of the hotel was poor. the pool area was incredibly noisy, with drunk and loud guests disturbing the peace.

The jacuzzi was fantastic and the indoor pool was well-maintained. The staff at the entrance were friendly and welcoming. The apartment had a great view and was spacious. We had an early check-in and the staff made it comfortable with extra pillows and a cozy sleeper couch. The kitchen had all the necessary amenities for a wonderful stay.

I had a fantastic stay at the Spa Timeshare Resort in Durban. The heated pool was amazing and the staff, especially Tshiamo and Smangele, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The facilities, including the sauna and Jacuzzi, were top-notch. They also provided great recommendations for activities during bad weather. I highly recommend this resort.
