The staff were absolutely amazing, so kind and helpful! They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The breakfast was outstanding, with a variety of delicious options. The facilities were clean and beautifully presented. We also loved the stylish hotel garden, it was a perfect place to relax and unwind. Another advantage was the included transfer to the speed boat, which made our travel to Koh Samui hassle-free.

One minor issue was that the bathroom had some black humidity, which could be improved. there were quite a few flies in the restaurant area, which was a bit annoying.

I recently stayed at a beautiful hotel in Baan Khai and had a wonderful experience. The pool was stunning and I loved the cool waterfall at the entrance. The staff, especially Sprite at reception and Piu at the bar, were incredibly friendly and provided great recommendations for places to visit. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the sea view from both the room and the restaurant was breathtaking. The breakfast had a good variety of options and the cocktails at the bar were expertly made. The hotel also offered transport and scooter rentals, which made it convenient to explore the area. The prices of the food were reasonable and the sunset at the hotel beach was simply amazing. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the small double bed and limited breakfast choice for Asian tourists, I would highly recommend this hotel. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back in the future.

We had an amazing stay at Princess Paradise! The sea view from the room and restaurant was spectacular. The staff was incredibly friendly and polite, and the cocktails, especially the Mai Tai, were delicious. The hotel had a peaceful atmosphere with only a small number of rooms, and the restaurant prices were fair. The sunset at the hotel beach was absolutely wonderful, and having a bathtub on the balcony was a nice touch.

During our recent thanksgiving vacation, we stayed at a hotel that exceeded our expectations. the stunning views from our room left us in awe. the hotel's location was perfect; it was not too far from the nearby attractions and at the same time, it was located in a peaceful and serene place. the hotel staff was outstanding; they were always there to offer their assistance with a warm smile.

There were some minor shortcomings that need attention. the breakfast menu lacked variety, which became monotonous after a couple of days.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. The room layout was great, with a spacious balcony that offered stunning ocean views. The receptionist staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, responding quickly to our needs and organizing everything we required. We were pleasantly surprised by the proximity of the room to both the pool and the beach. The restaurant and pool-bar offered delicious and reasonably priced meals, especially during their happy hour. We were also impressed by the hotel's attention to detail, as they provided a driver who was waiting for us at the pier upon our arrival. The Wi-Fi signal was excellent, allowing us to work remotely and even take calls by the pool without any disturbances. this place exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Our room was cozy and spacious, with a balcony offering a beautiful view. the location was perfect, just a short drive or walk from Haad Rin Pier and Haad Rin Beach where the full moon parties take place. We also appreciated the option to rent a scooter at a reasonable price. We highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Koh Phangan!
