I absolutely adored the charming Kashmiri style decorations throughout the property, reminiscent of a fairy tale cottage in the mountains. the cozy nooks and comforting sitting areas were perfect for relaxing, and the easy accessibility for seniors made moving around a breeze.

In my ideal vacation for senior people, I would wish for even more comfortable seating options in the general areas to truly unwind and enjoy the serene surroundings.

My family and I recently stayed for 2 nights at Khyber Himalayan Resort & Spa. the heated indoor pool was a standout feature, complemented by delicious and flavorsome food. the exemplary and prompt service, fantastic location, and facilities such as the hookah bar left us thoroughly impressed. the staff, especially Aadil Ashraf, Bilal, and Imran in F&B, demonstrated exceptional attention to detail.

The Khyber Himalayan Resort & Spa offers a centrally heated property, perfect for winter stays. The bedrooms are nice, warm, and comfortable, with great architecture. The hotel has a nice atmosphere, a gorgeous pool and spa, perfect for relaxation after a day of skiing. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the rooms have spacious bathrooms with good quality amenities. The view of the Himalayas is spectacular, making the experience truly worth it.

Not obvious to find.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is very close to the gandola station. You can easily access the mountains and super live stations by taking the Gandola cable car. The rooms are well maintained, and the bathrooms are spacious and luxurious. The service provided by the staff is excellent, and the breakfast spread is like a 5-star resort. The view from the rooms is breathtaking, offering stunning views of the Himalayas.

The dining options are limited and quite expensive.

We had an amazing time at this hotel. the room was exquisite, with exclusive amenities, and a stunning view. the Spa & wellness centre was excellent, and the massage was exceptionally good. the Swimming pool was fantastic, perfect for a family vacation. the breakfast buffet and dinner were both delicious, with many options to choose from. the hotel was in a great location, with stunning views of the surrounding area, and the beautiful garden area was perfect for a relaxing stroll.

The only negative thing we experienced was the service at the hotel. the staff was not as attentive as we expected, and we had to wait longer than usual to get our orders at times.

During our Christmas trip, we were offered complementary breakfast and an indoor heated pool that added to our enjoyment. the location of the hotel was also very convenient as it was close to the mountains and easy to access. One of the best aspects that we liked was the beautiful views from our room that made our experience truly memorable.

Our overall experience was ruined by the hotel's high price which did not justify the quality of service. the staff was not very accommodating and the food options were limited.
