the hotel's convenient location in the business district made it easy for us to access our office. the room service was top, notch, with prompt assistance from the staff for any issues that arose. the airport shuttle service was efficient, ensuring a hassle, free transfer for us. the comfortable and well, appointed rooms, coupled with the excellent housekeeping service, provided us with a luxurious experience. the staff's warm welcome and attentive service made us feel valued and pampered throughout our stay. We also appreciated the variety of amenities offered, including a snack bar and complimentary Wi, Fi. We highly recommend this venue to others.

Fridge cleanliness issue.

I was impressed with how promptly the duty manager rectified the issue with the decomposing food in the fridge by shifting me to room 616. the airport drop-off service was excellent, and Saahil from the staff was very helpful throughout my stay. the location was convenient, and the family suite upgrade was a nice touch. Despite the smoking smell in some areas, the decor and cleanliness were satisfactory. the buffet breakfast was enjoyable. I was disappointed with the low shower water pressure, noise levels, and cleanliness issues in the room. the hotel's proximity to landmarks like Parla Jin Mandir, Juhu Beach Vile Parle, and Bhavan's Nature and Adventure Centre made for convenient exploration and family bonding opportunities. the festive Christmas decorations added a nice touch to our stay, and the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. while there were some issues, the hotel's location, amenities, and friendly staff contributed to a pleasant stay for my family.

The hotel was spot on with the location being close to the airport, the beds were comfy AF, and the breakfast spread had plenty of tasty choices. We had a great time unwinding at the pool and enjoying a massage at the spa. Only downside was that the shower water pressure was as weak as a kitten, but it didn't rain on our parade much though🚿.

I was charged a higher rate without breakfast while my colleague paid less with breakfast. Despite this, the hotel was clean, staff friendly, and location convenient. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.
