During my recent stay at this hotel, I was truly impressed by the exceptional staff who went all out to ensure that we were well taken care of. the service from the moment we arrived until we left was impeccable. the room service was quick and efficient, and the housekeeping team kept our room spotless. the restaurant served delicious food, and the in-room breakfast was a delightful experience. the ambiance of the bar and lounge area was perfect for winding down after a day of exploring. the location, where live piano is played in the evening, added a touch of elegance to our evenings.

While our overall experience at this hotel was exceptional, there were a couple of areas that could be improved upon. the cleanliness could have been better maintained, and the service in the restaurant, though good, was a bit slow at times, possibly due to high occupancy.

The food was so scrumptiously delicious that waiting for the phulkas felt like eternity. But hey, patience is a virtue when the flavors dance on your tongue!

The service at this hotel is exceptional! I had a flight cancellation and they organized a drive for me to Delhi, which took 8 hours. The driver was excellent and made the journey comfortable. The waiters in the restaurant were a bit busy, but the food was delicious. The valley view from my room was nice, although the balcony was small. I would recommend this hotel.

The Oberoi Cecil in Shimla was the finest hotel I've stayed in. Luxurious decor, attention to detail, and stunning location. Excellent customer service from staff in all areas including front of house, restaurant, activity center, and swimming pool. Memorable experience for the whole family.

As longer term business travelers, we were impressed with the range of facilities and amenities at the hotel. The staff, including Rajkumar, Kartik, Gaurav, Rohit, Deepika. The hotel went above and beyond to make our stay special, decorating our room for our birthday and anniversary celebrations and even sending complimentary cakes. The rooms were well-equipped and comfortable, and the children's play area was large and filled with various games and activities. We also enjoyed the warm swimming pool and indulged in rejuvenating spa therapies. The hotel organized bonfires in the evenings, and they assisted us in arranging a day picnic and a walking trail at Glen forest, which was a must-do in the area.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the cozy and warm atmosphere of the hotel. the staff was friendly and provided excellent service which included two complementary activities. the hotel's central location was perfect for exploring all the nearby areas.

the monkeys frequently invaded our balcony which was rather unpleasant. the stay was alright but we felt that the value for money was not quite worth it.
