Enjoyed Legoland New York Resort for our family vacation. Rooms, decorations, and pool were fantastic. Complementary breakfast was a great deal.

Some areas had smell issues.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. the cleanliness was top-notch, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff, especially Patti, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. the hotel facilities were great, offering complimentary waters and juice, along with Lego bricks in the rooms for the kids to play with. The location off-site to nearby diners was convenient, and the park felt safe with interactive and physical rides. Cons: Everything was superb.

We got great value for our money at the hotel. the room was clean and comfy. the location was perfect, and the staff treated us like royalty at all times.

The disco ball in the elevator was a blast during our Xmas stay, and the kids loved the treasure hunt in the room. Having complimentary waters and juice available was a nice touch. the location near the park and the fun kid-friendly activities added to the experience.

The thin walls made it easy to hear noisy neighbors, disrupting the peace. Additionally, the food quality could have been better, leaving us a bit disappointed during our stay.

Our family stayed at the fun, filled Legoland resort for a weekend getaway. the location was ideal, catering perfectly to kids with LEGO, themed rooms and entertaining activities. the staff, especially Ida, were accommodating and helpful. the intricate sculptures and detailed room design added a magical touch. Our kids adored the scavenger hunts and in, room surprises, making the stay truly enjoyable and memorable. Cons: Would recommend this hotel.

The hotel had a fun and engaging atmosphere for kids, with LEGO-themed rooms, a scavenger hunt, and a castle in the lobby for playtime. Additionally, the hotel had interactive LEGO structures and a disco ball in the elevator for dance parties.

The room cleanliness was questionable, with crumbs found on the side of the top bunk bed, making me doubt if the bed sheet was changed. The sink was also leaking, and there was no phone in the room for immediate assistance.

We had an amazing family getaway filled with fun and excitement! the hotel had a magical atmosphere with playful decor and perks for our little ones. the scavenger hunt and dance party elevators were a hit with the kids. the location offered easy access to nearby attractions, and we were pleasantly surprised with the delicious breakfast and friendly servers. the on-site bar and restaurant were perfect for parents to unwind while the kids played.

The dinner service was slow and the undercooked food was a disappointment. the room wasn't properly cleaned, with crumbs found in the bunk bed and yellow stains on the towels.
