Fantastic experience during New Year. The hotel offered complimentary water and quick room service. The location was superb, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The rooms were clean and neat, and the staff was very helpful and courteous.

Although the location was great, it was challenging to move around outside, especially when crossing the road, which made me feel unsafe. It would be helpful if the hotel had a warden deployed to assist guests in crossing the roads nearby.

The swimming pool was a definite plus after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel food was excellent, with a choice of different cuisines from various restaurants, including a rooftop view of the city at night. the ambience, amenities, and service were top-notch.

The hotel is located in a convenient area, walking distance to shops. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, with enjoyable South Indian delicacies at the on-site restaurants. The ambience of the English pub, Bike and Barrels, is also a plus. However, better care and housekeeping are needed, as the average carpets and linens used in rooms need maintenance.

The noise from the disco deck and service bar on level 1 can be quite loud.

The turndown service could be improved as paper napkins were not consistently provided. Otherwise, service was excellent, and the location was ideal with major shopping centers nearby.
