We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Holiday Inn Express. Despite reading some negative reviews, we found our room to be clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Sam, who went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast options were fresh and tasty, and the pancakes were a hit with the kids. The pool and hot tub were in great condition and provided a relaxing way to unwind after a long day. we had a wonderful experience and would recommend this hotel to others.

Convenient Location: the hotel is in a good location, making it easy to access attractions in the area. It was close to the Spoon River drive, which was great for us.

Noise from other guests: Unfortunately, our stay was marred by the noise from other guests. There were lots of kids running up and down the hallways, even late at night.

The hotel is located in a peaceful area away from the hustle and bustle of the city. the staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with spacious beds and nice pillows. the shower had excellent water pressure, making for a refreshing experience. the hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and shopping options, providing easy access to everything we needed.

The layout of the bathroom was a bit inconvenient, with the toilet and shower in a tiny room and only one hook for towels. It would have been nice to have more towel racks available.
