I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly, especially the manager. They were quick to address any issues, and I even got upgraded to a suite because of a minor problem with my room. The location was perfect, with plenty of food options and convenience stores nearby. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious food options. The breakfast area was always clean and well stocked, thanks to the helpful lady working there. The room itself was comfortable and clean, making my stay even more enjoyable.

I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Kernersville. The front desk service was excellent, especially from Krystal. She was incredibly friendly and made sure we got the best rates possible. She really went above and beyond to make our night enjoyable. The breakfast was also good with plenty of choices. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The rooms were consistently clean during our stay. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. the bed was comfortable and the pillows were great. the hotel provided a hot breakfast, which was a nice change from the usual continental breakfast. the free WiFi was a bonus, especially for keeping up with work and school.

There were some cleanliness issues in the room, such as dirty lamps and a painting with suspicious stains. the bathroom floor could have been cleaner as it was sticky.

The hotel was easy to find off the interstate, making it convenient for travelers coming from 1-40 East or West. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast selection was exceptional for a free hotel breakfast. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, from the night receptionist who ensured our room was well stocked, to the housekeeping staff who took great care of our room during our stay.

The hotel was in a convenient location, close to both Winston Salem and Greensboro. This made it easy for us to explore both cities during our romantic escape. One downside was that the hotel is a bit older compared to others we have stayed at. The outdated decor and furnishings were a bit disappointing.

There were a few things that spoiled the overall experience. there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in our non-smoking room, which was quite unpleasant.

The housekeeping staff was friendly and took great care of the room. The front desk staff, especially the night receptionist, was helpful and made sure my room was well-stocked with towels and toiletries. The service overall was great, and I enjoyed the good coffee at breakfast.
