The room service meal was hot and well-packaged, offering a generous portion size. The property features stunning scenery, luxurious rooms, and a peaceful ambiance, making it a must-visit with loved ones. The only minor suggestion would be to include more local dishes on the menu and adjust the food pricing slightly.

Nestled in the mountains beyond Munnar, this hillside resort offers spacious rooms with clean and new bathrooms. The staff is helpful and check-in is smooth. The food is delicious, with the chef providing excellent suggestions. The breakfast is tasty and the meals can be enjoyed in-room. The location provides a peaceful and serene atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle. The resort offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and scenic valleys.

Some areas of the resort could benefit from improvements.

We had an unforgettable stay at a beautifully maintained property with an amazing view. The hospitality was top-notch, and the food was one of the best we've ever had. The staff even packed fresh food for our one-year-old child when we checked out. Despite the resort having low occupancy, they arranged a bonfire just for the three rooms' guests. We would love to visit again.

The resort is located 23km away from the city and the roads are in poor condition due to floods. It took us over an hour and a half to reach the resort from Munnar city due to the poor roads and lack of proper signage.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a beautiful valley surrounded by mountains. The location was absolutely stunning, with terraced areas and a water body adding to the charm. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a lovely jacuzzi to relax in. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, always ready to assist us with anything we needed. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious cuisines. The hotel also had a play area for kids, making it perfect for families. I especially appreciated the value for money and attention to detail at this hotel.

Located in the hills beyond the city, this hotel offers fantastic views of the stars at night and is a peaceful stop in the mountains. During our New Year stay, the hotel provided a great program, including traditional drummers and graceful dancers. One of the advantages of staying here is the "dry" alcohol policy which promotes a healthy environment.

This hotel is built on the side of a hill, and with the inclines and steps at every turn, it might cause a problem for people with mobility issues. the access road to this hotel is very rough due to the ongoing construction, and had us bouncing around quite a bit.
