We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, with spotless rooms and bathrooms. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the main attractions and just a short walk from the Ospedale vaporetto stop. The hotel facilities were great, with spacious rooms that had ample storage space and a safe. There was a variety of good food joints nearby, making it convenient for dining options.

The shower in the room was quite small and the WiFi signal was not very strong. the television only had Italian channels, which was a bit disappointing.

Centrally located, calm and quiet, with small but clean rooms. Friendly staff provides helpful service. Luggage storage available on checkout day. Simple breakfast for 5 Euro. a charming and atmospheric place to stay in Venice.

The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly, providing all the necessary information about the area. the location of the hotel was convenient and allowed easy access to all the major sights. One of the best aspects was the feeling of safety and security in the hotel, as I felt comfortable leaving my belongings in the room without worry.

One of the drawbacks was the lack of an elevator, which meant having to climb stairs to reach the rooms. Another downside was that breakfast was not included in the package, and there was no manned reception early in the morning or late at night, which made it difficult to get assistance when needed.

A cozy place to call home for a few days! We had an elderly family member with us, and although there was no elevator, they kindly placed us on the first floor. The A/C in one of the rooms initially had a problem, but they promptly addressed it by cleaning the filters and it worked great afterwards. The staff was very cordial and accommodating. The price for breakfast was very good, with a good selection of food to choose from. The rooms were clean and orderly, and we received clean towels every day. We even forgot to leave the keys to the room, but they kindly picked them up at a convenient location. I'll definitely recommend this hotel for a cozy stay in Venice!

I recently stayed at this hotel for a few days and had a fantastic experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and they even provided luggage storage. The level of cleanliness was satisfactory, especially considering the price. I felt safe leaving my laptop in the room and the receptionist was incredibly helpful in explaining everything about the hotel. The location was also great, with good restaurants nearby and not far from Fondamente Nove. The room itself was comfortable and well-maintained, with a nice bathroom and reliable air conditioning.

The location in a great neighborhood of Venice, away from the busy tourist area, was a major plus. Close to landmarks and easy access to transportation. The staff was very helpful and accommodating.

The breakfast provided in our room before our early morning departure was outstanding and included everything we needed, like a toaster, water boiler, bread, spreads.

I had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel just a short walk from St Mark's Square. the front desk attendant was very helpful, giving us great directions and making us feel welcome. the location was perfect, situated in a quiet part of town that felt like a quaint neighborhood. It was easy to explore Venice, with waterbus stops and many interesting attractions nearby. the room itself was beautifully furnished and comfortable, with a lovely bathroom.

As longer-term business travelers, we appreciated the spacious rooms and convenient location close to tourist attractions and vaporetto stations. The staff, particularly Stefano and Sebastiano, were helpful and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was a kind gesture, even though we didn't have a chance to try it.
