Beautiful beach, stunning views, the beach access was fantastic with soft sand and breathtaking sunsets perfect for evening walks while also enjoying the variety of non-motorized water sports available, and the long line of governmentally approved taxis made reaching the resort easy and hassle-free.

Everything was as expected.

The beach was perfect with lots of white sand and crystal clear water, making it an ideal spot for relaxation.

The restaurant reservation process was frustrating, as we had to wait until the next morning to book dinner, leading to long lines.

My recent stay at Pineapple Beach Club (Adults Only) was truly delightful. The serene environment, combined with beautiful ocean views from my room, created a perfect backdrop for relaxation. I especially enjoyed the beach's pristine white sand and the inviting clear waters, ideal for swimming. The staff were attentive and eager to assist. I appreciated the variety of activities available, including kayaking and snorkeling, which allowed me to explore the stunning marine life. In addition, the food at both the buffet and a-la-carte restaurants was quite satisfying, with fresh ingredients and delightful flavors.

The nighttime entertainment could be improved.

The employees were incredibly friendly. they greeted us every time we passed by, which made me feel like I was valued, you know? The breakfast was out of this world, fresh omelets and waffles every morning. it was like being served a fantastic meal at home but much better!

It was a bit pricey but worth the experience.

My experience at Pineapple Beach Club was disappointing. The food was terrible. the buffet was mediocre and had limited options. The service was lacking as well. many staff members seemed disinterested or even rude. It was frustrating to deal with housekeeping, as they only made the bed and folded towels without actually cleaning. Additionally, attempting to resolve these issues with management was a nightmare. I felt completely unheard and dismissed.

I spent a quiet time enjoying the waves while lounging on the beach. The staff took great care of my needs. I appreciated how the food changed daily and the burger at the snack grill was a highlight. I even tried an excursion with a local vendor which was fun. The nature surrounding the area was inviting and enhanced the experience as I seldom encounter such tropical beauty. I felt at ease throughout.

Reservation process for specialty restaurants is a hassle!!! It’s inconvenient that you must wait for dinner bookings until the next day!!! Also, common washrooms by the beach area would be a smart addition!!!
