Absolutely mind-blowing experience at this gem of a hotel! the staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND, making us feel welcomed and valued. the pool area, especially at night, was jaw-dropping with its tranquil setting. the little side restaurants offered a super variety of delicious food; Nava restaurant was a standout! Our clean and comfy rooms were just perfect. the extended check-in and check-out time, birthday cupcakes, and personalized greeting added a special touch. the complimentary boat service to nearby attractions was a fantastic bonus. Can't wait to be back!

The lobby is calm and relaxing with a spa-like atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice view. The staff were attentive and polite. The restaurant had a tasty meal and a variety of delicious food for breakfast. Recommended dessert at Brix.

I had a great stay at the Salil Hotel Riverside. The breakfast spread was excellent, with plenty of options for both kids and adults. The hotel is tucked away in a quiet location, offering a peaceful ambiance. The river view from my room was absolutely stunning. I loved that they provide a free boat service to Asiatique and the nearby ICON Siam shopping mall, making it convenient to explore and purchase Thai souvenirs. The option to take river boats to various tourist attractions was a major plus, as it saved me from dealing with the stressful Bangkok traffic. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Bangkok.

While the hotel had many positive aspects, there were a few drawbacks. The room I booked for myself and my child ended up only having a double-size bed, and I had to pay extra for a child bed.

The location of the hotel was a bit confusing for taxis, but once you found it, you were rewarded with beautiful views of the river and easy access to the boat shuttle service. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a clean bathroom and friendly service. The breakfast offered a variety of options and the staff was polite and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the fitness classes and the opportunity to try on traditional Thai dresses. This hotel has the potential to become a great destination.

During my Easter weekend stay, I loved the calm and relaxing ambience of this hotel. the big lawn down by the river was a perfect spot for unwinding and enjoying the partial river view. the breakfast spread was impressive and had a variety of options for both kids and adults. the hotel's location was just perfect – tucked away from the hustle and bustle, yet offering free boat service to nearby tourist attractions, which was a huge advantage.

The only downside of my stay was that some of the facilities were temporarily closed. But, I am sure that they will be open soon.

We stayed at this hotel for a short trip and were incredibly impressed by the luxurious amenities provided. the room was spacious and had exclusive advantages such as a private balcony with a beautiful garden area. the outdoor swimming pool and spa lounge were definite highlights of our stay, with various massage treatments available. the location was ideal, as it was situated in the heart of the city with easy access to nearby attractions.

Despite our overall satisfaction, we did experience a minor issue with the service. the restaurant was not as efficient as we would have hoped, with slightly slow service and mix-ups with our order.
