The staff's proactive assistance in answering my queries and helping with payment options before my parents' arrival impressed me the most. the lack of sugar-free options in the fruits and juice was a notable downside during the stay.

Two complimentary facts were a nice surprise, considering the price paid for the room. the hotel was located within easy reach of the main sights and attractions. Along with this benefit, the view from the hotel room was spectacular and made up for other hotel shortcomings.

The room Internet signal was not strong enough and required going downstairs to reception to access it. Even then, it was unreliable for work purposes and caused significant frustration.
