We loved the excellent customer service and friendly staff. The little gifts from the staff were a hit with the kids. The hotel's location on a beautifully landscaped peninsula with views of the lake and Aravali Hills was stunning. The rooms were nice and the staff provided highly professional service. The team, including Shahanaz, Akansha, Jeevan, Vishal, Ashiana. The housekeeping staff made our room extra special for our anniversary, and the sunset boat ride was a highlight. We were impressed by the exceptional level of service and dedication from the entire staff.

During my recent stay at Trident, I was blown away by the stunning view of the lake from my room. The landscape surrounding the hotel was of the highest order, creating a truly captivating atmosphere. The staff at Trident were excellent, displaying courteous, friendly, and attentive behavior throughout my stay. I was particularly impressed by the proactive and prompt service, especially towards my needs as a baby. The restaurant, in-room service, and housekeeping were all top-notch. The F&B manager, Saurabh, and the restaurant staff, Veery, Vishal. I had a warm and comfortable experience at Trident.

Restrictions secret message: The drawback, however, was that during my stay, there was some repair work going on in the room during the daytime. Nonetheless, after several complaints, the issue was eventually addressed.

This hotel is absolutely luxurious. the room was comfortable and had exclusive amenities that made me feel like royalty.

The only minor issue was that the outdoor swimming pool was not heated and was too cold to comfortably swim in. I had a great experience at this hotel.
