Good location, clean inside, excellent room, well-maintained, different feel, spacious room

We recently stayed at a hotel in Chennai and had a fantastic experience. The location was ideal, with several good restaurants nearby for us to explore. The hotel was also conveniently close to the airport, making our travel hassle-free. Our room was spacious and well-maintained, and the bathroom was clean and modern. The staff were extremely friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options, including both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. we were impressed with the facilities and amenities offered by the hotel.

That the bar area could get a bit crowded during peak hours.

The new year at this hotel was amazing! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which really made a difference. The complementary welcome drink and breakfast were a lovely touch. The hotel was situated in a great location, which made it easy to explore the city. What really stood out for me was the rooftop pool, with an amazing view.

To be honest, there wasn't much that I disliked about this hotel. If I had to nitpick, then the room service was a bit slow, but it wasn't a big deal for me.

I had an excellent stay at Turyaa Chennai - Omr It Expressway. The staff at the reception was very efficient and made the check-in process quick and pleasant. The room I was allocated was exactly what I had requested, and it was well-maintained. The hotel itself is in a great location and is easily accessible. The F&B venues offered a wide range of delicious breakfast options, both Indian and continental. I particularly enjoyed dining at the open rooftop restaurant, where I could unwind with live music and refreshing drinks. The support staff was attentive and caring, making sure that all my needs were met. The gym was well-equipped, and I also had a rejuvenating experience at the spa. I had a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff is helpful and courteous, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and as expected. The in-house dining options are good, with reasonable prices and delicious food.

I enjoyed unwinding at the sauna and leisure room, followed by an invigorating swim at the rooftop pool. The restaurant had a delightful buffet spread with various options to choose from. The location was excellent, in the middle of the city's action yet a serene retreat.

The only minor issue I faced was with the Spa service, which was not up to par compared to the rest of the hotel's facilities. The staff was slightly disorganized and took a while to confirm my appointment.
