Some minor issues were reported with the plumbing and TV not working in a couple of rooms.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for me as it was situated in an institutional area surrounded by educational institutions from all the sides. It was also nice to be in the outskirts of the city, near to Amer and just a few kilometers from the Amber fort. The service was excellent, with very friendly room service staff and car hire. The rooms were well equipped and very clean. The swimming pool was beautiful and very relaxing, perfect for some downtime. The staff were extremely attentive and efficient, making me feel very welcome. I had a really great experience here!

Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, luxurious and relaxing stay in a peaceful location with great amenities and service.

The pool view at Umaid Haveli was outstanding, and the rooms were bright and luxurious. The staff was very courteous and supportive, making our stay enjoyable. The play area was innovative and perfect for families with kids. The food at the hotel was fantastic, adding value to our stay.

We were disappointed that there were no balcony rooms available, and the lack of options for the buffet lunch/dinner was a drawback.

Quiet location away from city noise, with spacious and well-maintained rooms. Attentive and efficient staff, with extensive and tasty breakfast options, including Indian and continental. Beautiful art and decor throughout the property, with a lovely rooftop pool. Great amenities, perfect for families with small kids or cozy winter stays.

Had an amazing Christmas at this hotel! the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Loved the complementary cookies and chocolates in the room. the location was great, close to a few shops and restaurants. the rooftop had a stunning view of the city and the pool was a great way to cool down.

The dinner was a bit disappointing, but the breakfast was really good. the smog on the rooftop was a bummer, but it didn't ruin the experience.
