Okay, the food needs a major upgrade, seriously. during the floods, the lack of clue about the situation from reception and frequent power cuts were a downer.

We stayed at a hotel located close to the city center, accessible by a narrow bridge. It was enroute to the Solang valley, which was convenient for sightseeing. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and well-maintained bathrooms. The staff provided excellent service, attending to all our needs. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel also had a beautiful view of the snow-capped mountains.

The hotel lacked variety in its food options and could improve in adding a Punjabi touch to the menu.

We had an unforgettable stay at a beautiful resort nestled in the mountains. The property was new and well-planned, with spacious and beautifully decorated rooms offering stunning views. The staff was efficient and courteous, making us feel right at home. We enjoyed playing games in the sports room and lounging by the fire in the evenings. The food served in the charming dining room was delicious. a worthwile experience that we would recommend to others.

During our Xmas stay, we enjoyed the stunning views from our comfortable room, which had all the toiletries we needed. the service was excellent and we had a great time playing different games in the sports room and bar area.

Although the room had a cozy and warm feel, it lacked some valuable amenities. the property was far from key attractions, making it difficult to explore the area without transportation.

the spa and wellness centre had exclusive amenities such as a sauna, steam room, full body massages, and a spa lounge with relaxing foot, back.

The restaurant was a letdown with subpar food that didn't meet our expectations. it was only a minor issue in comparison to the luxurious facilities offered by this hotel.
