The iPad menus were a tad fancy for me, felt like I needed a magnifying glass! the bathroom was top-notch too, like a mini spa. the staff were friendly, even helped me get the AC to chill the room super fast. My room was huge, almost lost my way to the bathroom! And breakfast? Yum! Can't complain about that spread. Great stay, though I missed having a printed facilities list in the room. We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. the cleanliness was impeccable, the hotel facilities were top-notch, and the staff, from Aditi to Shakti, were exceptional. the breakfast served was delicious.

Nothing everything was superb.

Upon arriving at our chosen hotel, we were greeted with a warm and sumptuous welcome fit for royalty. Every interaction with the staff felt like a scene from a movie, where our needs were anticipated before we even knew them ourselves. the room was a sanctuary of comfort; it felt like being enveloped in a luxurious cloud. From the regal decor to the impeccable service, every moment was akin to stepping into a fairytale.

Slight menu inconvenience.

Lovely period building with beautiful grounds and a refreshing swimming pool. Spacious rooms with excellent amenities. Helpful manager and friendly staff. Good food and enjoyable atmosphere.

The staff is kind, generous, and professional. The F&B manager organized an exceptional anniversary special dinner for us. The food is amazing, especially the Lamb Barbat and Sekwa. Chef Shailendra even packed a special Nepalese spice for us to take home. The rooms and restaurant are clean and well-maintained, with comfortable accommodations. Taj hospitality at its best.

Absolutely nothing.

The hotel is set in beautiful surroundings, with well-kept gardens and a lovely swimming pool. the staff was generally friendly and arranged transportation for us, which was very much appreciated. we were impressed with the interesting historical facts provided by the manager.

Our experience did have some downsides. the receptionist who checked us in had an unpleasant attitude, which put a damper on our arrival.

Staying in a palace was such a unique experience, making us feel like royalty. The antique temple on the property added a touch of serenity to the surroundings. Being the next stop after Agra on the Gatimaan Express, it was easily accessible. Our room was luxurious and the bathroom was pristine, with all the necessary amenities. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff attending to our every need. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options to suit everyone's palate. The view of the lush gardens was a sight to behold.

The cleanliness of the restaurant area could have been better.

This hotel met all my luxurious needs with its exclusive amenities. the service was impeccable, with staff going above and beyond to make me comfortable. the Spa & wellness centre was a haven of relaxation, offering massages, body scrubs and beauty treatments. the outdoor swimming pool was set in a beautiful garden area, complete with sun loungers for ultimate relaxation. the restaurant served delicious meals, with the option of in-room breakfast or picnic tables. the private facilities were exclusive and added to the overall luxurious experience.

The only issue I found was that the snack bar could be better. It lacked variety and could use some improvement in its menu.
