We had a wonderful stay at a heritage building with modern amenities. The management and staff were great, providing us with everything we needed to stay warm, including an electric blanket and heater. We were pleasantly surprised with treats like tea, homemade cookies, and kheer for breakfast. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the Mall Road. The hotel was clean and cozy, and we will definitely choose to stay at Villa Everest again.

Customer service was top-notch, with extremely friendly and helpful staff. The check-in experience was welcoming, and the reception staff were well-informed about local attractions. The property itself was well-maintained, and the Christmas decorations created a warm and cozy ambiance. The room was comfortable and spacious, with a nice seating area by the window. The location of the hotel was perfect, being on the main street but still relatively quiet. The food served at the hotel, especially the aloo paratha, was excellent.

The carpets in the room were worn and in need of replacement. The room mirrors were dusty, and there were cobwebs on the windows.
