The room was so spacious and modern, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The skyline views from the large windows were just breathtaking, and the daily replenished tea and coffee facilities made me feel right at home.

The bathroom toiletries had a strong scent, which I personally found a bit overpowering.

The location was perfect, with attractions close by and a metro station just a 5-minute walk away. The room service was excellent and the breakfast had a decent selection of food. The concierge, Einda, helped us book various attractions and it was an amazing experience. Highly recommend!

The hotel's interior is wonderful, especially the hallways on the hotel room floors. The location is excellent, especially if you like a hotel near the convention center. The staff were accommodating and provided free shuttle service to The Dubai Mall multiple times daily.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel near the convention center in Dubai. Novotel surpassed my expectations with its cozy ambiance at the Blue Bar and excellent facilities like the gym and swimming pool. the breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide variety of options, including outside seating. the efficient lifts and the breathtaking view from the 11th floor added to the overall experience. Being just 10 minutes away from the airport and close to the convention center made it a convenient choice. I also enjoyed walking through the convention center to explore the nearby restaurants and the entertaining McGettigans Irish pub. the proximity to the metro station was an added bonus, making it easy to explore the city. I highly recommend taking an evening mini cruise trip on the Creek to witness the old city and the stunning array of Dhows.

The location was ideal, just a short walk away from the metro station, making it convenient to explore top attractions like the Marina and Burj Khalifa. The staff were friendly and accommodating, particularly Ahmed, the front desk manager, who provided excellent assistance throughout my stay.

The hotel is located extremely close to the metro station, making it easy to get around. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the breakfast is delicious. Free shuttle buses to many attractions are a bonus.

The hotel was conveniently located near the World Trade Center, perfect for attending events or trade shows. the rooms were modern and comfortable, with good amenities. Additionally, the hotel offered free shuttle service to major malls, making it easy to explore the city.

There were some issues during my stay that made my experience less enjoyable. the cleanliness of the pillows and towels was not up to par, which was disappointing.

The staff, especially the front staff and Mr. Nalin Chandika from housekeeping, were incredibly helpful and quick to respond to our requests. The hotel even allowed us early check-in without any extra charge. We were also pleased with the spaciousness of our family suite room, which had a separate bedroom and a comfortable sofa-cum-bed in the living room. The location of the hotel was great, as it was close to many top tourist attractions and the convention centre. The metro station was also nearby, providing easy transportation options.

There was nothing we didn't like.
