This hotel is in a perfect location, quite near to all attractions. The common sit out area offers a stunning view of the river front. Additionally, it is conveniently located near Ambedkar and Asia's Biggest Park. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed. The staff is friendly and always ready to assist. The breakfast spread is delectable, with a wide variety of options. The pool area is grand, with marble, fountains, and flower beds.

The pool area could use more sun beds and table sets for the convenience of the guests.

I had an exceptional experience at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with spotless rooms and well-maintained common areas. The hotel facilities were impressive, with beautiful interiors that gave it a heritage palace-like ambiance. The breakfast served here was delicious and offered a variety of options to choose from. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful, from the courteous security guards who provided me with directions to the friendly and accommodating spa services.

Nothing to complain about at all.

During our city break, we experienced great hospitality in terms of the complementary cake and warm welcome. the hotel was strategically located near key attractions which made our travel easier. the room was spacious, bed linen was clean, and the bathroom had a walk-in shower which was a plus.

The intercom wasn't working, there were no hand towels and the mattress was totally worn out. Though, the promptness of the staff to rectify these issues by changing the room and upgrading it was highly commendable.

the exclusive amenities such as the spa centre with steam room and Jacuzzi, outdoor swimming pool with sun terrace, and live entertainment made our stay unforgettable. the restaurant provided delicious meals with special diet menus available. the library was a great addition for relaxation. the service was top-notch with friendly and helpful staff at every turn. the private facilities in the room were exceptional and added to the sense of exclusivity.

This was quickly resolved by the efficient staff, and did not detract from the overall experience.

We had a lovely stay at a beautiful hotel in Lucknow. The grounds were stunning and the staff was incredibly hospitable. We were impressed by the Indian dances and enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere. The hotel is conveniently located near commercial places and Ram Manohar Lohia Park, perfect for a leisurely walk. The staff, especially Mr. Prakash and Mr. Neelabh Pandey, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The only suggestion for improvement would be to minimize paper wastage in the billing process. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Lucknow.
