I recently stayed at Taj City Centre for a few days to celebrate my anniversary with my wife. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The room was lovely, with a fantastic bathtub, and the housekeepers were exceptional. All the staff members were cooperative, helpful, polite, and prompt in their service. We had a delightful dining experience at the Thai restaurant, thanks to Mr. Vijay and Mr. Ganesh, who assisted us in choosing dishes according to our taste. The Viva Spa was also a highlight, with Mr. Piyush providing an excellent steam bath, sauna bath, jacuzzi, and massage. The extensive breakfast, convenient location, and diverse food options further added to our enjoyable stay.

We were those taking off early and enjoyed the comfortable room. The food was mediocre but okay.

The desserts, in particular, were not up to par. the pastries and baked goods at breakfast were not soft and fluffy, and the gulab jamuns we had for dinner were hard and seemed stale.

The hotel still uses plastic bottled water instead of providing RO facilities to reduce plastic usage.
